YOTELAIR Singapore Changi Airport is located in the Jewel Changi Airport complex that is directly connected to Terminals 1, 2 and 3 at Singapore Changi Airport. The hotel opened in 2019 as the first YOTELAIR in Asia.

Towels and all necessary toiletries, including soap, shampoo, conditioner and toothbrushes, are provided. Luggage can be stored in the cabins under the bed or in storage facilities within the Jewel complex or at the airport terminal.

YOTELAIR Singapore Changi Airport is located landside, before immigration and passport control. Transit passengers must go through immigration and passport control in order to access the hotel. The hotel is accessible from all four terminals.
- From Terminal 1: direct entrance from the Arrival Hall (level 1).
- From Terminal 2: 5 to 10-minute walk via a link bridge from the Departure Hall near row 1 (level 2).
- From Terminal 3: 5 to 10-minute walk via a link bridge from the Departure Hall near row 11 (level 2).
- From Terminal 4: Take the free airport shuttle bus service to Terminal 2. From Terminal 2 walk via a link bridge from Departure Hall (level 2).
YOTELAIR Singapore Changi Airport is on the 4th floor of the Jewel, between Terminals 1 and 2 (Lobby H).
